Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of the development of the Dhiyaaul Ishlah Ar-Rusydaniy Ketangga Jeraeng Islamic boarding school. There are several discussions of researchers, of course, including how the initial planning of the construction of the Islamic boarding school, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative method with several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation so that it can reveal the problems Ishlah Ar-Rusydaniy Ketangga Jeraeng Islamic boarding school. The results of the study that the beginning of the Dhiyaaul Ishlah Islamic boarding school began with a small, unkempt Musholla building, then Ust. Sumayadi, S.Pd.I built an Islamic boarding school named the Dhiyaaul Ishlah Ar-Rusydaniy Ketangge Jeraeng Islamic Boarding School. The results of in-depth interviews related to the management of the development of the Dhiyaaul Ishlah Islamic boarding school, the leaders and administrators of the Islamic boarding school made plans related to its development, namely the initial development starting from the dormitory for the students, then the teacher's room and class, hall, prayer room, and others, then followed by the election of the chairman of course in each field that has been agreed upon, then mobilizing all the chairmen and members who have been selected to implement a program that has been planned, then the leader will monitor the performance of each field whether the program being planned reaches the target, and finally an evaluation from the leader so that the implementation of the next program can be betterthat exist in the management method of the construction of the Dhiyaaul.
